All the girls! (I'm too short for the back row..)
Group hug with the honoreesThere is something about getting together with all my best college friends that inspires WILDNESS. We live mostly around LR or NWA with a few who are a bit further away...but usually a shower or wedding is the time when we all get together to really catch up. Martha and Grant had a Stock The Bar in LR last weekend, and it was honestly one of the most fun nights I've had in ages. Maybe it was my total disregard for behavior or just the feeling I get when I'm around people who know me, and love me regardless.
We had a late girls lunch at US Pizza in LR, which generally lasts a few hours. We natually got the good gossip time in and updates on Brooke and Martha's wedding plans. Then we shopped around town and had a few glasses of wine at Laura and Jason's new house (LOVEEE IT). The shower was a great fun, and Martha got a lot of really cool loot- which of course I am very jealous of. I know I know..my time will come...
We ended the night out at The Fountain, which was packed with people I hadn't seen in years. I'm told sometime around 1:30 we left, and continued the after party back at Laura's house, eating every snack in site. I literally ate a whole box of wheat thins I'm pretty sure.
Can't wait until the shower in April! Thanks Allison and Andrew for letting me ride with ya'll on this adventure!! Thanks Laura and Jason for hosting us and making waffles!! Thanks Martha for getting married and giving us excuses to all get together!!
