Nothin’, but blue skies, do I see

The 4 day journey through Western Colorado was amazing. Stayed at a cabin outside of Gunnison for two nights. Skied the first day at Crested Butte, hiked the Black Canyon on day two, and played around Grand Junction taking a nice drive through the Colorado Monument on day three! It was great to spend that much time with my dad, and enjoy the places that he loves.

The river was just a few feet from our door, and we could
hear it all night long.

Crested Butte

Taking a ski break (aka beer break)

Black Canyon hike- notice the deep snow I'm trucking through!

View from my dad's deck, the margarita wasn't suppose to be in the pics- typical though!

So much progress on my dad's cabin in just a year!
They are still working on it, and the next project is a two story barn.
We took their "mule" on a tour around his land and the mesa.
